We have expanded and are looking to hire a part time office administrator.

The duties expected to complete are as follows:

1-Enrolling Children using the Childcare Pro program

2-Subsidy Remittance using Childcare Pro and Gov of MB website

3-Preparing Invoices and Receipts through Child Care Pro

4-General Collections

5-Waiting list update (MB online childcare registry)

6-Pension Plan remittance to ELCCP

7-Grant applications (Gov of MB website)

Other duties include: preparing cheques, month end prep; answering the phone, taking messages; photocopying, faxing; data entry, collecting mail and sending out mail as well as any other office duties as provided by director.

This is a part time position. The chosen candidate will work 3-5 hours per day for 3 days a week from one of our offices. The days and hours are flexible and we are willing to train the right individual, however, prior experience is an asset.
Eligible Candidates Must have working knowledge and experience with the following:

1- Working with the Childcare Pro. program (receipting, invoicing, sending our emails to parents through this program, registering new children, updating children's files and printing reports for month end.)

2- Working with the Gov of MB website (submitting subsidy, updating staff info and applying for grants)

3- Must be able to type at least 40 words per minute

4- Word and Exel experience and computer savvy is an asset

5-Able to operate a fax and copy machine

6- Must have excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

7-Confidential and professional
